ya999 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ya999 platform and all related services. They apply to all Pakistani players and any other users who access ya999.games. By proceeding past the registration screen, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

ya999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the ya999 platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. ya999 will communicate material changes to registered Pakistani players through the email address associated with their account or through a notice on the platform itself.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ya999 platform, close your account, and withdraw any remaining PKR balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5 of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on ya999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ya999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ya999 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The funds you deposit on ya999 are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are responsible for any financial losses incurred on ya999.

ya999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Pakistani players are responsible for ensuring that their use of ya999 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to them.

Each Pakistani player may hold only one registered account on ya999. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ya999 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering your ya999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address. You must notify ya999 promptly if any of this information changes by updating your account details or contacting support at [email protected].

ya999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing a withdrawal. Pakistani players will be required to provide valid government-issued identification and may be asked to provide proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. ya999 may request KYC documents at any stage of your account history, including at registration.

ya999 accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of your deposit. All deposits to ya999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits made to your ya999 account are generally credited in real time, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider used. ya999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile money providers, or banking institutions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ya999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• ya999 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is found to have been made from a third-party or fraudulent source.
• Deposited funds that have been used to wager on games cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• ya999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ya999's control.

Pakistani players may request a withdrawal of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. ya999 processes withdrawals exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, ya999 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 3. ya999 also applies standard anti-money laundering checks to all withdrawal requests. These checks may result in a request for additional documentation and may extend the processing timeline for individual withdrawals.

• ya999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method selected.

• Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of a withdrawal request are subject to the bonus terms described in Section 6 and may be forfeited upon withdrawal if wagering requirements have not been met.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all ya999 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Game eligibility: Not all games on ya999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when the bonus expires will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: ya999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where bonus abuse — including coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — is detected.
• Withdrawal: Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus balance and associated winnings.

All games available on ya999 — including live casino tables, Keno, Dream Catcher, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting — are governed by the specific rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are playing.

ya999 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games and works with established live casino content providers for its live dealer games. The outcomes of all games on ya999 are determined by these systems, independent of any action by ya999's operational staff.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game session, ya999 will follow its standard dispute resolution process to determine the outcome. Where a game result cannot be verified, the relevant bet may be voided and stakes returned to the player's PKR balance.
• ya999 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of an obvious pricing error or a technical malfunction that affected game integrity.

• All Jackpot Slots prizes, including progressive jackpot awards, are subject to verification before payment. ya999 reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending verification of the winning bet.

Pakistani players on ya999 are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. A breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ya999, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on ya999, including live casino games and Cockfighting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the ya999 platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to access another player's ya999 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards ya999 staff or other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with ya999 games or the account dashboard in an unauthorised manner.

ya999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in ya999's reasonable judgement, a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if account suspension is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's PKR balance will be held securely and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. ya999 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player at the registered contact details on the account.

Pakistani players may choose to close their own ya999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests must be submitted in writing, and any remaining verified PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method following successful completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

ya999 takes problem gambling seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Pakistani players, accessible at any time through the account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to control your spending on ya999.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous gameplay.

• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits ya999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. ya999's total liability to any Pakistani player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ya999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the ya999 website with a revised effective date. ya999 will notify registered Pakistani players of material changes via the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of the ya999 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version in full. If you do not accept any revision to these terms, you must cease using ya999 and close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 9.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between ya999 and the registered player with respect to the use of the ya999 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ya999 account, game outcomes, bonus application, or any other aspect of the ya999 service, you should contact ya999's customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. ya999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ya999's internal complaints process, either party may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution mechanism. The details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be communicated to the player as part of ya999's formal complaint response.
